Follow these Steps to Request a New Password

If you can’t remember your Email address contact the Chamber


1. Go to Toowoomba Chamber Website

Use the Page link above, it will open in a new browser window. and Navigate to the Top Right of the home page

2.Hover on the Account(person)
Click Member Log In

You will need your Email address  at this point

Click on the Account(person) and then Click Member Log In
3. Type in “Your Email Address”

If you don’t know your account email, check the last email address you received something from the chamber. If that doesn’t work please call us.

Type in "Your Email Address"
4. Type in your last known password.

If you think you have one? Otherwise move to Step 7.

Type in your last known password, if you think you have one
5. Click on SIGN IN
Click on SIGN IN
6. If your password is not accepted

Then Click OK

If your password is not accepted Click OK
7. Click the circle to Request Password

If your password is not accepted or you Don’t have one

Click the circle to Request Password
8. Click on REQUEST PASSWORD

Çheck your Email address is correct first

Click on REQUEST PASSWORD
9. Check your Email for a password

The email will have your name and password for you to use to access your account.

Check your Email for a password
10. Return to the Log-In Page

Re-Enter your Email. See Step 2 for help if needed

Return to the Log-In Page and Re Enter your Email
11. Add your new Password

From the Email received (Type in or Paste in)

Type in or Paste in your new Password
12. Click on SIGN IN

This will take you to your account Dashboard

Click on SIGN IN
13. You are Now in Your Account

Welcome to your own account Dashboard

You are Now in Your Account on the Main Dashboard Enjoy!
