Building a network of opportunities for the food and agricultural sectors to showcase their outstanding contribution to the sector. The Toowoomba Chamber of Commerce launched a new industry-led initiative, the Food & Agri Network (FAN) in 2018. FAN’s mission is to provide a local platform designed to facilitate the development of stronger linkages and engagement across the Toowoomba food and Agri space – encouraging networking, food and farm experiences, education, and the promotion of local supply chain opportunities.

Cafes, restaurants, food outlets, retailers, local farmers and food producers form an integral part of the developing food culture here in Toowoomba and the FAN supports the further strengthening of this valuable sector. Chamber’s FAN initiative supports those local businesses who are seeking to grow supply chain opportunities here in Toowoomba and assist these businesses to strengthen their long-term profitability and sustainability.
The Food and Agri Network is comprised of dedicated volunteer members who assist the Toowoomba Chamber by providing strategic advice to ensure the Food and Agri Network program provides purposeful and rewarding opportunities for this key industry sector.

Dine Darling Downs
Dine Darling Downs is the only website and directory dedicated solely to good food and dining in the region, with the concept fast gaining traction with thousands of visitors landing on the www.dinedarlingdowns.com.au website each month.

With a Bachelor of Food Science and Technology, Jeff has worked on a number of projects with national brands, such as Darrell Lea and Arnotts Biscuits.
Family, food, and photography are what really excite Kat. This passion is backed by qualifications in both Graphic Design and Business Innovation.
Dan has owned and operated hospitality businesses in Toowoomba since 2011 with a further eight years prior experience working within the industry.
Sally has worked in the agricultural industry throughout South East Queensland and northern NSW, since completing a BSc.Agr at Sydney University
