Who Can Enter WHO CAN ENTER The Focus HR Business Excellence Awards 2022 are open to the following: any business that resides within the Toowoomba Regional Council local government boundaries;any business that has a registered Australian Business Number (ABN);for Future leader of the Year: Entrants must be 35 or less at the date applications closes;partners of the awards are allowed to enter; however, must not enter in the category that they sponsor; andthe business that a Judge represents or owns is not allowed to enter the awards in the category they are judging.
