The Toowoomba Chamber of Commerce and Regional Development Australia – Darling Downs Southwest (RDA-DDSW) have partnered to continue the Emerging Leaders Mentoring Program (ELMP) for 2025. This successful and popular program gives the city’s emerging leaders vital personal and professional growth opportunities through workshops, as well as connecting them with a local business leader as a mentor.

For mentees, the program will consist of 6 workshops covering topics such as Personal & Business Strategy, Health, Wealth & Relationships, Leadership, Networking & Communication, Personal & Business Financial Literacy, and The Future of the Workplace. There will also be monthly meetings with your mentor to assist you in building your leadership skills and understanding, broaden your professional network and tap into their deep well of knowledge and experience.
