On behalf of Downs MicroSystems and the Toowoomba Chamber of Commerce and Industry I am delighted to invite you to a free Small Business Advisory Services Natural Disasters Assistance workshop for Toowoomba Regional Council district small businesses directly or indirectly affected by natural disasters since October 2010.
Downs MicroSystems is celebrating its 30th year this year and to mark the occasion it has convened a free small business workshop, ‘Cloud Computing and business agility’ at Picnic Point Function Centre, 9am on Friday 24 February and small business owners, farmers and graziers, are cordially invited to attend.
‘Cloud computing’ is described as the delivery of computing as a service rather than a product, whereby shared resources, software, and information are provided to computers and other devices as a metered service over a network cloud (typically the Internet).
Downs MicroSystems’ Business Development Manager Ian Hurley and Systems Architect John Henderson will present the workshop.
